Her work has been published in Parents, Bridal Guide, Self and The Knot magazines and online at Real Simple, Cooking Light, Parents, Parenting, Prevention, Good Housekeeping, The Bump, Aaptiv, and CafeMom, among other publications.

Elena is also an adjunct instructor for the Pace University Master in Publishing Program and a freelance content strategist. She has co-authored and edited several books.
